At New Era Innovations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home upgrades. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
